The convenience store inside the hotel proved very useful. I found a smart TV in the room, so I could stream content easily. The hotel location is good as it is only a short drive to a large shopping center.

The air conditioning in the hotel seemed inadequate. The loft felt quite warm. I asked to switch rooms because of this issue. the new room had the same problem with the AC.

i found THE cleanliness perfect. The mini shop located on the ground floor offered great convenience. The availability of tea and coffee in my room was a welcome touch, alongside the complimentary water.

the air conditioning system proved difficult to adjust. I could not achieve a comfortable temperature, as the room felt either too warm or too cold. I found this lack of control frustrating , and it detracted from my overall stay.

I found friendly staff always ready with a smile. free shuttle service to dubai mall made travel easy. they give unlimited free water and tea, nice. i felt welcome with early check-in and a late check-out. They really care.

The room lacks tissues. I expect that normally. they should make sure every room includes basic needs. it is a small detail that makes a big difference to the comfort.

the air conditioning system did not allow me to control the temperature well the room was either too cold or too warm i found this lack of attention to guest comfort frustrating staff knocked twice despite a 'do not disturb' sign displayed i was trying to sleep at the time.

The hotel location is advantageous for City Walk access. The staff addressed my inquiries promptly. The hotel provided a shuttle to the mall, convenient.

The corridors had an unpleasant odor . Basic amenities were not readily available in the room. I had to request them. I found the hotel to be quite economical, but the price was a bit high for what it offered.
